Cavaliers forward LeBron James has been voted by fans as a starter to the Eastern Conference All-Star team.
James was the second-leading vote-getter with 2,108,831 votes. He trailed only Boston forward Kevin Garnett, who had 2,399,148 votes, the sixth-highest total in history.
“It means a lot to me,” James said in a prepared statement. “I work hard every summer to prepare myself to go out and play the game at a high level like I do every night, and it’s recognized by the fans. The fans recognize the way I play the game and approach the game every night, and I appreciate them for once again voting me as an All-Star starter. It’s going to be exciting.”

Talking about LeBron’s speeding ticket.
Lebron and the Yankees shoes
The “Yankees” Nike Zoom LeBron V, a follow up to last year’s ZLIV Graffiti NYC edition, will only be available in New York, but an exact release date has not been confirmed yet (probably March). The Zoom LeBron V NY Yankees features white pinstripes, James’ #23, and the best part, a crowd cheer behind the tongue of the shoe (”Le-Bron Jam-es, Clap, Clap, Clap, Clap, Clap”).

The-Centers-of Attention
The Cleveland Cavaliers as of late, have been and are the centers-of-attention. Congratulations on the first being Coach Mike Brown’s extention. He’s a great coach for the team, he personifies youth, strength and vision. I believe,” the skies the limit to those who believe”and surely you can see that Coach Brown believes in his Cavaliers.
Lebron James recntly scored 51 points in the overtime victory against Memphis Grizzlies, Tue, the 15th 0f January. His incredible play and determination yields unimaginable results. It’s very rare to see in the league a disciplined player at such a young age, such as Lebron. A keynote to players in the league,”You ain’t seen nothing yet”.
Big Zee, Ilgauskas will be the”center” of attention tonight as the Cleveland Cavaliers play the Spurs in San Antonio. I believe defense is key to a win tonight, especially from the big man Zee in the paint as well as rebounding. I think tonight you’ll see a collective effort from the Cavs, because this is their measure of success.
“The Night of Broken Eastern Streaks”
The Cleveland Cavaliers as well Boston and Detroit’s winning streaks were snapped last night. Teams are stepping up there game, so they can stay in contention with these promising three teams. Let’s not forget the Orlando Magic who are also playing well. Plagued by injuries, poor shooting and tunovers led to the streaks being broken. Cleveland host the Charlotte Bobcats friday. In order of an expectant victory over Charlotte, the Cav’s must: 1.) contain Wallace, Richardson and Felton defensively 2.) crash the board’s offensively and 3.) minimize turnovers. Good luck Lebron.

Forecast: Player of the week(E)reigning down on Rookie of the month(W).

The weather isn’t the only thing warming up in Cleveland today. Lebron James and the Cavaliers face an exhuberant Kevin durant of the Seattle Supersonics. I believe with an exceptional game from Drew gooden and Daniel Gibson with bench points, Lebron will be unstoppable. Tonight will be about match-ups. The Cav’s seem to be honing in on consistency and health. Cleveland having six players with seven or more years in the league, the key factor of an eastern conference repeat would be: 1.) Veterans stepping up with this being their best career year, 2.) Players staying healthy and 3.) Lebron’s leadership. You can see the heart of young, Kevin Durant he doesn’t like losing. As for King James, he’s the hottest thing smoking in the NBA these days. Seattle get those umbrella’s out, it’s raining in the kingdom.
Lebron named player of the week
Surprise-surprise! Lebron James was named player of the week in the NBA. Take a look at his averages. Lebron averaged 33 points, 8 rebounds and 8.3 assists. The Cavaliers also went 3-0 last week.
