Cavs at Miami Preview

The Cleveland Cavaliers, with or without LeBron James will travel to Miami to face the Miami Heat Thursday night, with a 7:00pm CST tipoff. LeBron James, the Cavaliers star guard will most likely be out for this ball game due to a sprained right big toe. The Cavs were able to blow by the Warriors on Tuesday without LeBron, and also knocked off the Philadelphia 76ers last week, while LeBron was sidelined.

James, is averaging 27.2 points per game, along with 6.1 assists per game. Without LeBron in the lineup the Cavs will look to defeat the defending World Champions, behind Drew Gooden, Sasha Pavlovic, Larry Hughes, Eric Snow, and Zydrunas Ilgauskas.

Miami, comes in with a record of 20-25, but they did manage to win on Tuesday, defeating the Milwaukee Bucks 110-80. The Heat have been hampered by injuries all year, including star center Shaquille O’Neal. Dwayne Wade leads the Heat in scoring, putting up 28.4 points per game, while also dishing out 7.8 assists per game.
